Pat Grady, CPA
Managing Member
​Pat is a Colorado native with family lineage in Denver dating back to the 1800's. He graduated from CU's Leeds School of Business where he was also an All-American on the golf team. Pat brings over 14 years of public accounting experience to the firm. Prior to founding Grady & Associates Pat worked at the nationally ranked CPA firm of Eide Bailly, LLP and before that Latino and Associates, P.C. In his free time Pat enjoys distance running, competing in the Colorado Golf Association, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Peter Christensen, CPA
Senior Tax Manager
​Peter is an Iowa native who moved to Colorado in 2016. He graduated from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa and began his career out in Colorado after being recruited by Plante Moran (formerly EKS&H). During his eight years at Plante Moran he gained extensive experience working on high net worth individuals as well as multi-state partnerships. In his free time, Peter enjoys traveling, playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his family.​

Nicholas Wood, CPA
Tax Manager
Nick is a Texas native, and graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M with a BA in Accounting, and a Masters in Finance. He began his career as a Forensic Accountant at Alvarez & Marsal in their Disputes & Investigations group. During his time at A&M, Nick developed a skillset in financial statement preparation and analysis, business valuations, and expert witness report writing. As an avid skier and backpacker, he moved to Colorado in 2019 to be closer to all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. After moving to Colorado, Nick shifted his focus to the tax industry, where he has been working for the past six years.

Adam Groves
Tax Associate
Born and raised in Ohio, Adam graduated from the University of Cincinatti with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. After college, he worked as an accountant in the PPE and e-commerce industry. However, he quickly discovered a passion for tax. After moving to Colorado he gained tremendous experience working for SP Tax where he prepared and reviewed hudreds of tax returns each season. Adam has passed level one of the enrolled agents examination and hopes to be an enrolled agent before the end of the year. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dogs, playing ice hockey, golfing, and riding a motorcycle.
Julie Grady, CPA
Tax CPA
Julie is a Colorado native, growning up in North Denver. Her claim to fame is that she passed all four CPA exams on the first try while she had three kids under the age of four. Back then you had to pass all four exams in the same sitting. Julie has served small business and individual tax clients for over 40 years here in the Denver area.
